I really liked the location, so close to the Brier Creek area & so accessible to major arteries for ease in traveling to different locations. There were a few strong selling points of Mulberry Park, the first being Miss Alicia Satterwhite. Such a young woman with so much knowledge of the construction business & her caring manner in listening to me & answering my questions to my understanding & satisfaction. I really liked the set up of the townhouses on each street & the final selling point to me of the 2 bedroom unit was the small room upstairs that I could make into an office/computer room.
